The hotel had affordable pricing, but the rooms were terrible, very noisy due to being affected by the kitchen exhaust system. The service was extremely rude; however, the staff were cheery and very happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. The location was superb, providing easy access to everywhere you wanted to go by BTS. The dining experience was very poor, with hardly anything worthwhile to write about.

My stay at Sukhumvit Suites Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is very convenient, right next to the Asoke BTS station and surrounded by malls and restaurants, but the noise from the street was a drawback. The service was exceptional with a standout staff member named Su, who made my stay pleasant despite some maintenance issues. The dining options were satisfactory, and the breakfast provided a good start to my day.
